Do you have hope?

Is your outlook positive?

Do you accept that death is a part of life?

Do you accept yourself?

Do you embrace forgiveness?

Are you committed?

Does your life have meaning?

Do you have a purpose in life?

Are you clear on your core values?

Do you have a strong sense of self-worth?

Do you meditate, deep breathe, pray or commune with nature to feed your spiritual wellness?

These are all signs that your spiritual wellness is good. However, if you are atrophying spiritually, then you likely feel anxious and empty. You struggle with determining meaning from life, you judge and condemn your actions and behaviors more often than not.

You feel apathetic, your values are conflicting, you believe you don’t deserve love unless you improve yourself, you are annoyed and worried most of the time. This all points to a lack of spiritual wellness, and you will know it when you feel it because you won’t know peace.
